What do I need to do for a Full Service Order?

With a Full Service order, you can request specific data to be pulled from Real Quest.  We pull, scrub, and format the data, complete the mail merge, and send it to the printer.  What we need from you:

  • Your Name
  • Your Title
  • Your Company
  • Your Full Address
  • Your Phone
  • Your Email
  • Your Website
  • You Offer Price (Could be fixed (one price for each lot), a variable (a $ per acre), or individually determined by you)
  • Your Closing date (4-6 weeks in the future)

To pull data, we need to know the county you'd like to target, your search criteria and roughly how many records you're aiming to get.

9 Most commonly used Search Criteria

  • Alternate/Old APN:This number refers to an alternate form of the Assessor Parcel Number (APN).  It may be from a formerly used numbering system, or some other method of describing a parcel.  Formats and terminology will vary from county to county.  In FL, this is known as a Strap Number & in other areas as a Schedule #.  If you enter part of the number, the system will automatically search for all properties beginning with that portion.
  • Assessor Parcel Number (APN):Also known as a Folio Number, Parcel Number, Account Number, PIN, Block/Lot or Tax ID.  It is the parcel identifier assigned by the county.  Enter the number exactly the way it appears on county records - including all dashes and zeroes.  You may enter part of the number and the system will automatically search for all parcels beginning with that portion.  You may enter a range by enclosing the range in parentheses.  Example: 49-41-32-24- (000-100) will search parcels 000 through 100.
  • County Land Use: Use this search tool to select specific use codes defined by the county you are searching.  To search by a standardized national use code, select the "Land Use" search.
  • Deed Type:Use this search to find properties conveyed by a specific type of transfer instrument.   Select one or more types from the list.  Keep in mind that not all types may be populated in all counties.
  • Improved %:Use this search to find properties that are vacant or have low or high improvement value ratios.  It is computed as the percentage of the improvement value to the total assessed value of land and improvements.  Enter the percentage improved as a whole number (no decimals or % sign).
  • Land Use:Use this search to locate properties with specific land uses.  Select one or more types from the list.  Keep in mind that recent changes in uses may not be reflected until the next time the annual file is updated.  Note:  If you need to search groups or a numeric range of land use codes, try the "Land Use (Numeric)" search instead.
  • Land Use (Numeric): This search allows you to select general numeric categories or groups of land uses without selecting them individually.  The categories are:
    • 100-199 Residential Income
    • 200-299 Commercial
    • 300-399 Industrial
    • 400-499 Vacant Land

  • Land Value:This data is the dollar value of land not including improvements.  Enter the desired value or range of values.
  • Total Assessed Value: Use this search to locate properties by the total value, which is the sum of the assessed value of land and improvements.  Enter the desired value or range of values.  Do not include cents, decimal points, or commas.
